Pricing
Dualfriction.com will attempt to match or beat any currently advertised price. Just email sales@dualfriction.com. Include in this email:
- The link or URL of the website where you found the product for a lower price or the name of the company and its phone number.
- The interested part number and its advertised price.
Sales Tax
California residents will be charged 7.75% Sales Tax unless a Resale card is on file with Dualfriction.
Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped the following business day via UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground. If for any reason there are any delays, Dualfriction.com will contact you. Most packages arrive 3-7 business days after your order has been placed. Tracking numbers are emailed to you within 1-2 business days of shipment. All orders have a flat shipping and handling charge of $9.99 for orders shipped within the continental United States.
Return Information
Merchandise may not be returned for any reason without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Dualfriction.com. Merchandise may not be returned without this authorization number. If the product(s) are found to be defective or if Dualfriction.com incorrectly listed the specifications of the product(s) when the product(s) were purchased, Dualfriction.com will issue a full credit upon receipt and inspection of the parts. If within thirty (30) days after you placed the order, should you decide to return the product(s) for any reason (except for merchandise defect), you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. Otherwise all sales are final thirty (30) days after an order has been placed. No returns are permitted thirty (30) days after an order has been placed.
Warranty Information
CenterforceŽ Clutch products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (90) days from the date of purchase. CenterforceŽ Clutches does not warrant or make any representations concerning its products when not installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for such; installation and operation, and in accordance with good installation and maintenance practices of the automotive industry.
CenterforceŽ Clutches will not be liable for labor charges and other intangible or consequent losses that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, nor shall it be liable for damages or injury to persons or property resulting from misuse or improper installation of any such part subject to this warranty.
CenterforceŽ Clutches reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty claim to determine whether or not any such part has failed because of a defect in material or workmanship. CenterforceŽ Clutches obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting, at its option, any part found to be so defective, regardless of whether any part is repaired, replaced, or credited under this warranty. Transportation charges on the return of such part must be prepaid by the customer under this warranty. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, which extend beyond those set forth in the preceding paragraphs.
